We wanted to be sk8er people, and it brought back so much memories. Remember back in the day, when you thought skater boys and girls were cool??? I did….I did so much that I tried skateboarding and almost died learning :D. I thought they were free and doing whatever they felt like. Back then…. it felt cool to be a rebel….. and I definitely wasn’t one… However, as time went on, I am happy with the things I did when I was younger. Sometimes, the things that may look “cool” at a younger age, is not everything in life. Sure, we all want the glory and attention, but life is not all about that.
Life in my opinion is doing what you like, and being happy. You are given that chance of doing everything you would like to do, and to throw that all away for 15 minutes of glory, is not worth the investment. There are so many options in life, and sometimes people are lost on what they want to do. Me on the other hand, think that all the options are open so that we find things that we do not enjoy doing. It’s also important that you will never find something you want to do until you try it. It’s the sense of complacency that often fuels unhappiness in our lives, and when you have that kind of feeling, it’s time to step back and think about what to do. I (shucream) am a person that enjoys doing a lot of new things. I think that life is too short to be in one place, and there are so many things to explore in this world. At least, reward yourself by finding things that will truly make you happy, and live out that short life to the best you can!
