This is one of my rant series, where I talk about various SL events. Even though Chibi and I like to do a lot of Flickr fashion posing, we want to expand our horizon and tell our story of what’s happening in SL. Today’s topic is about our daughter Teagan. Her birthday was on April 10th, but due to scheduling conflicts, we decided to push her surprise birthday party to April 18th. On April 17th however, I (Shucream) was being soooo smart, and decided to IM Teagan saying, “Are you ready for your bday party tomorrow?” It’s Chibi’s fault for not reminding me that it was a surprise party :P. Anyways, as soon as I sent out the message, I knew… “Oh SHIT!” It was a surprise party, and I ruined it!
Fast forward to next day, and the “surprise” part of the party was coming. Everyone except Teagan gathered at the BTS castle…. waiting for her to come. Once she arrived, everyone in the party spammed her with “Happy Birthday!!” After that Teagan was opening up presents and sharing what she got (low key a bit jealous of all the goodies she got!!! Thanks everyone for gifting our daughter :D) After everything settled down, we decided to take a photo of everyone in the party. It’s wonderful to see the support from the our Delicioso family and also family friends. Teagan also has wonderful little friends that I am thankful for. It reminds me that our daughter is a wonderful social butterfly that makes good friends :D. For the finale, we tped out to our main sim and carried out our belated egg hunt! Kacey (mom), Chibi, and I hid 80 eggs across 1 parcel. To our surprise, the kids were able to find all 80 within 45 minutes! Next time, we will make it more challenging and have more eggs :D. After that, my brother Jordan and his partner Skye dressed up as Easter bunnies and we danced the party away!
This is our first time celebrating Teagan’s birthday, and we hope that she enjoyed it! Thanks to Chibi and mom for organizing the party. Without them, the party wouldn’t have existed and I would have done a terrible job organizing. Here’s to our first Teagan’s birthday and many more to come. Hope you liked it and we love you? 😀
