Toyzzzz!

Chibi, Teagan, and I were walking down the street, and Teagan discovered that there was a toy store. She looked excited as she pointed at the toys while giving us the Puss in Boots look to buy the toys for her. Of course, me being the cool dad was like, “yeah let’s get it.” Our eyes were glued to the window looking at the toy that would be our daughter’s. I chuckled as I was looking at the toys and brought back nostalgia of my childhood. I was more of a gamer, when I was growing up, and toys didn’t interest me much. I was too busy killing Zergs and Terrans in Brood War or doing cow runs in Diablo II. Often times, I reminisce those moments when you enjoy things for what it is, and I miss that feeling. Sometimes, I log back on to Brood War or Diablo to enjoy the games I used to play, and I think that’s healthy for us. Living some moments in the past gives us old memories, but don’t do it too much! Overdoing it will result in you living in the past rather than the present.
